Delivery and pick up to a Residence: 

• Our delivery professional will knock on the door, and either deliver by hand or leave the arrangement at the front steps or the nearest safest location.

•  There are two options that we offer for pick up:

• Orders can be delivered to your home, and then taken to the occasion.

• Schedule a pick up by contacting us. We can meet you at the location you set! To do this, simply check out as usual, enter your billing address in place of delivery address, and contact us to set up a meet.

Delivery to a Hotel: 

• We deliver to the hotel's concierge/reception/bell desk (we are not allowed to deliver up to the hotel room).

• Hotel bell desk/concierge will handle delivery to a recipient.

• Please specify hotel's name and a room number when placing an order.

 Delivery to an Office:

• A courier will leave the arrangement with the office reception and specify the name of the recipient.

 Same Day Orders and Special Requests:

We are glad to provide you with the same day delivery to Las Vegas and  Henderson NV areas but before you place an order for the same day delivery place give as a call first .

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that changes in the circumstances might happen! We are happy to cancel and refund your order in full, if your cancellation request is made by 7 p.m. on the day prior to your order delivery date.

Cancellation requests must be sent to envelovebyondgifts@gmail.com. The exact time of your email will be treated as the time your request of cancellation.
